Welcome to Florida Coastal Home Watch. My career journey began in 2005 when I started my own landscape business. As I worked with homeowners, especially those who owned second homes near Lake Michigan, I realized the need for a specialized service that went beyond lawn care. This led me to establish a home watch division within my company.
It became clear and defined what servives were lacking that led to our service menu we offer today at Florida Coastal Home Watch. In 2013, I created my first official home watch service agreement, and I'm proud to say that my very first client is still with me today.
As a full-time real estate agent in Northeast Florida, I realized the area was lacking an experienced home watch company. That's when I decided to fill that gap and establish Florida Coastal Home Watch.
When I'm not working, I enjoy exploring all the wonderful attractions and natural beauty that Northeast Florida has to offer. I often do so alongside my beloved dogs.

In addition, this process assures your home has been properly serviced and documented maintenance on file, if a situation arises. This is included with our 5⭐service plan when you choose C&C Coastal Home Watch to watch your property.
You will receive our detailed digital report describing our findings along with photos as necessary. When we create your account, we will establish an action plan for repairs. We offer a preferred vendors list who are insured and qualified for all your home repair needs. Our team is qualified to coordinate projects, collect bids for your review or simply be available to allow access to the property for the contractors you choose to hire.
